Little Things Mean A Lot
Arranged for solo guitar An old song with a "new" arrangement! This lovely tune dates back to 1953 and was made popular by big band singer, Kitty Kallen. A request from one of my customers to arrange it for solo guitar resulted in the sheet music and Mp3 music track that I am so pleased to offer here. Read the feedback from our UK customer: "I first came across the Foxglove web site when I was searching for a guitar transcription of the Shaker Melody "Simple Gifts". I found both the music and the MP3 that came with the sheet music ideal for my needs as a developing guitarist looking to concentrate on playing pieces that I enjoy hearing and that have meaning to me... I contacted a number of guitarists across the web but it was Cheryl who offered to transcribe the piece for guitar - at my level - and with an MP3 to follow. I wanted this as a gift to a special person in my life and despite re-launching her site Cheryl was able to make time to not only complete the transcription but meet my target date. The music manuscript has been printed onto a reduced PDF photo image and sits framed on the fire hearth...

Arranged for Easy Duet Guitar *** FREE TO DOWNLOAD ! *** Easy duet guitar arrangement for young beginning students. Most of the piece is first position with a harmonic chord at VII and one at XII. I arranged this piece for my young guitar ensemble students (four children - median age 10) who find it very playable with just the right amount of challenge. Listen to the Mp3 file below. I recorded this at a fast pace, but it can go much slower to accommodate the skills of your students.
